5. Pricing, Payment Terms, and Billing

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Any claim for such refund must be submitted in writing to customer support within seven (7) calendar days of the transaction date, accompanied by sufficient documentary evidence substantiating the claimed error. 8. Personal, Limited Licence

When you purchase a plan or product, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the content only for your own study. You may not:

• Your test-taking skills and exam-day performance
